**Role Overview**

The Assistant Boutique Manager is responsible for assisting the Boutique Director with the overall management of the Boutique, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales teams and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, transmitting Van Cleef and Aprels values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Boutique Director in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of sales development, operations including policy & procedures and corporate directives
- Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador by networking within the community
- Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, closing, and maintaining proper floor coverage by optimal scheduling
- Liaise with corporate Supply Chain teams on stock-levels, CRM initiatives, and Operations
- Provide excellent client experience and help team nurture and elevate boutique client experiences to support growth of sales
- Demonstrate operational excellence of the back-office administrative duties and ensures products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years in a luxury retail sales environment
- Ability to elevate client experiences and nurturing of client relationships required
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Ability to motivate team and quickly solve sales related issues
- Ability to provide solutions to clients’ needs
- Strong selling/closing skills
- Strong computer skills - Excel and Word proficient
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong networking abilities with high profile events
- Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred
- Excellent communications and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
