Estamos buscando un Ingeniero Sr de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ciudad Juárez

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinar al personal directo bajo su responsabilidad, así como dar entrenamiento al personal de nuevo ingreso al área,
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de IATF 16949,
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del Sistema de gestión de la calidad ZF (ZF QMS),
- Supervisar y garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas de tiempo muerto, costo por defecto, problemas técnicos e indicadores claves del proceso tales como desperdicio de materiales, Componentes por hora, Cambios rápidos de modelo

**Requisitos**:

- Sistemas automatizados PLC (Allen bradley)
- Robots Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allan Bradley), HMI (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff), Robot (Fanuc, Epson, Kuka).
- Sistemas de ejes lineales
- Sistemas de vision
- Experiência en sistemas MES (comunicación entre equipos y aplicaciones)
- Manejo de bases de datos (Excel
- y descargados de los equipos)
- Manufactura Esbelta
- Metodologías de Calidad (Core Tools)
- IATF 16949.
- Conocimiento de Seguridad Industrial.
- Excelente comunicación
- Proactividad
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Mecatrónica o similar
- Inglés Avanzado
- 4+ años de experiência
