**FACILITY SPECIALIST**

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura en Arquitectura, Ingenieria Civil o afin
- Ingles Intermedio Avanzado
- AUTOCAD (Deseable)
- **OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO**:_
- Llevar a cabo la correcta administración del mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo al inmueble para preservarlo.
- Soporte gestión de proyectos

**ACTIVIDADES A DESEMPEÑAR**:

- Revisión de catálogos y conceptos / cotizaciones
- Cumplir con los programas de mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo
- Inventario y control de materiales
- Aplicacion de conocimientos básicos para ejecución de trabajos
