**Requisitos**

**Propósito del puesto**
Responsable de monitorear y desarrollar programas de prueba; implementa métodos, procedimientos para el mantenimiento y calibración de todos los equipos de prueba.

**Principales Roles & Responsabilidades**
- Supervisar a Ingenieros de áreas y/o equipos específicos.
- Supervisar la implementación de métodos y procedimientos para el mantenimiento y calibración de equipos de prueba.
- Supervisar de resolución de problemas en equipos de prueba.
- Ayudar a los ingenieros a resolver problemas relacionados con los equipos.
- Monitorear el inventario de repuestos y equipos de apoyo.
- Supervisar el tiempo de inactividad en el equipo de prueba tanto como sea posible.
- Seguimiento de actualizaciones de equipos de prueba, tanto de hardware como de software.
- Proyectos de mejora de procesos.
- Establecer un entorno para la asunción de riesgos, la innovación y el comportamiento socialmente receptivo.
- Consecución de los objetivos presupuestarios.
- Establecer y mantener un vínculo adecuado entre la planificación del producto y la fabricación.
- Recopilar y analizar la retroalimentación relacionada con la calidad de la producción, es decir, el desempeño por primera vez, el rechazo, los métodos estadísticos y las acciones de iniciativa para mejorar la calidad a través de la resolución de problemas.
- Ayudar a preparar y participar en encuestas de clientes.
- Supervisar, desarrollar y mantener sistemas e indicadores para medir el seguimiento y mejorar la calidad interna del producto.
- Revisar las deficiencias e implementar mejoras, realizar un seguimiento del progreso de los níveles de calidad del producto asignados.
- Promover y apoyar el Sistema de Producción, CIP, implementación de políticas y trabajo en equipo.
- Conocer y aplicar las Políticas de EHS, teniendo, pero limitándose a las siguientes responsabilidades:
a. Cumplir con los requisitos legales y corporativos y la normativa aplicable
b. Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad aplicables a su área.
C. Ser responsable de que el personal subcontratado a su cargo cumpla con la normativa interna.
d. Participar activamente en los entrenamientos y pruebas que se programen de acuerdo al nível de riesgo de su puesto.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y reglamentos de trabajo de los diferentes sistemas de gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT, requerimientos automotriz aplicables y los que la empresa registra), incumbente de acuerdo con los manuales establecidos y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, Reglamentos, calidad, medio ambiente, salud y seguridad, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc. Que aplican dentro de la empresa.

**Requerimientos para el puesto**
- Escolaridad:_ Grado en Ingeniería (Industrial, Electrónica, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Informática).
- Experiência:_ 5 (+) años mínimo en SMT Industria Automotriz.
- Idioma:_ Ingles (Avanzado).
- Software/ Computer skills:_
- Paquetes Computacionales, MS Office, Minitab, Notepad++.
- Desarrollo de ICT 3070
- Labview,CVI,Linux, keyence, CVI, BT-BASIC, MEDALIST.

**Habilidades/ Técnicas/ Conocimientos**
- ?Conocimientos en TIC, Teradyne, Spectrum/Z18XX/Agilent HP3070/ GenRad228X.
- Conocedor de equipos de pruebas funcionales (Hi Pot, Burn In, Functional).
- Experiência en análisis de fallas de tableros electrónicos a nível de componentes.
- Experiência y conocimiento en el uso de herramientas de medición.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de resolución de problemas / Black Belt certificado, Shaining, Kepner Tregoe, etc.
- Conocimientos en programación LabView / Visual C.
- Interpretación de esquemas electrónicos.
- Orienta a las nuevas generaciones de ingenieros y llévalas al éxito.

Salario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al día
