We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Maintenance Supervisor**, based in **Nova Plant**, **Chihuahua, Chihuahua.** (E-Systems Division).

As Maintenance Supervisor will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to a Maintenance Manager.

**Your task will be**:

- Equipment: Working without interruptions and complying all security measures.
- Test equipment systems: diagnosis of faults, software management, Upgrades.
- Continuous improvement of equipment.
- Plant distribution (layout changes)
- Personal management, training, and development (electronic equipment).
- Compliance of KPI’s as:

- Down time.
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Mean time to repair (MTTR).
- Mean time between fail (MTBF).
- Work Accidents.

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: Industrial, Mechanic, Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in a similar position, experience in the automotive industry, experience in the electronics industry (preferred).
- Knowledge in Preventive and Corrective Maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of harness manufacturing equipment.
- Analytical, Communications and Organizational skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills. #LI-DNI
