- We are seeking an individual with 20 + years of semiconductor industry experience, 10+ years managing and driving execution teams, built teams from scratch, implement forward looking innovations and have a solid understanding of test and product debug at the semiconductor and systems level.Additionally, the applicant must be capable of understanding the base technologies, driving project schedules (from NPI to High Volume) and enabling long term cost reduction via yield improvement, test time optimization, and enhancing partnership with key supply chain providers. This individual's job function will include recruiting, staffing, training and develop the next generation engineers and managers as well as driving innovation, clear communications with all Business Units, and achieving all key KPIs for the team.The individual must have proven skills working through cross-functional teams in remote locations, excellent communication skills, working experience with semiconductor foundries, SATs, Failure Analysis, and other manufacturing/test providers. Functional skills required for the position would be an understanding of Test Equipment architecture, test program development, Design-for-Testability, economics of manufacturing test, wafer fabrication and device physics, knowledge of wireless communication products, and VLSI design process. The position would require regular travel.
**Experiência y requisitos**
- Qualifications - 10+ years managing mid to high level teams ( 20+ years of total experience) in the key area of interest, with a clear track record of building teams, driving innovation, growing leaders, and enabling cross functional relationships with our global design teams, BUs and technology partners. Demonstrated capability of managing teams of > 50 people and across multiple countries. Experience in managing remotely located teams is a must with clear concise communications and a drive for global team partnerships. Experience in working knowledge of Semiconductor Tests, architecture and development of NPI and HVM solutions, familiarity with Product Engineering skills (yield, test time, etc.), Lean engineering, Design-for-Testability, Economics of manufacturing test/ yield; Wafer fabrication and device physics. Knowledge of wireless communication products of VLSI Design process is a value add.Level of Responsibility:
- Making decisions that are significant in impact, influencing overall program or project success, finances, and/or the ability to meet objectives. Responsible to ensure budgets, schedules, and performance standards for functional areas and organization are realistically set and attained. Erroneous decisions, failure to achieve objectives results in significant long-term impact on the company's overall success. Having a great degree of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is making or directly making key decisions that have substantial impact on the organization). Working on abstract problems in variable situations that typically require complex analysis, interpretation, or evaluation of intangible factors. Directs the resolution of complex problems that have impact beyond own area. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs and people.
