We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help optimize our production processes. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing systems to ensuresafety, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and develop new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to enhance productivity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to resolve issues and implement solutions
- Conduct studies and experiments to test new manufacturing methods and equipment
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures
- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on new processes and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Prepare technical specifications for the purchase or manufacture of new equipment
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-makin

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mecatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role
- Proficient in using engineering software, such as CAD, CAM, and PLM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with quality control techniques and tools, such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Experience with automation and robotics in manufacturing
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing concepts
