**Global Talent Management Specialist**

Location: Guadalajara, MX or Buenos Aires, AR

Reports to: Director, Global Talent Management

**Talent Management Function Overview and Job Purpose**

The Global Talent Management Center of Excellence (CoE) aims to deliver talent-centered, relevant, and scalable solutions to support fast paced growth. The objectives include fostering an inclusive work environment to promote engagement, employee growth, skills, and recognition to drive performance and talent retention. The Global Talent Management team (TM) consists of 4 regional managers and 2 global specialists, all of them reporting directly to the TM Director.

The Global TM Specialist position is located either in Guadalajara, MX or Buenos Aires, AR and supports with facilitating, planning, developing, and implementing a variety of talent management practices, tools, systems, and training.
- Identify improvements opportunities related to global processes, and policies updates reflecting best practices focusing on employees’ retention and engagement
- Lead or participate in global talent management projects from conception to implementation, including proposals, project plans and communication/resourcing plans collaborating, and gaining agreement with important partners across the HR org (HR Strategy, HRBP, Compensation, HR Ops) as well as business leaders to ensure successful implementation
- Manage and support tasks associated with execution of Talent Management programs including vendor management, invoice reconciliation, logistics, and overall programs execution, communication, and coordination
- In partnership with regional talent management managers, assess talent needs in order to design, develop, and implement talent solutions focusing on employees’ engagement and retention following the global talent management strategy.
- In partnership with regional talent management managers, provide strategic support to HRBPs when it comes to educating them on talent management pillars such as to Performance, Talent & Leadership Development, Capabilities, Engagement & Succession Planning.
- Collaborate closely with the executives, DEI and HR teams, incorporating DEI lens into Talent management programs increasing diversity representation in leadership levels and inclusive workplace following enterprise goals.
- Design and drive global talent management a robust communication plan ensuring alignment HR, employees and managers’ awareness and engagement with talent management processes, policies, and programs.
- Support the development of a predictive analytics model to inform talent management, performance, and talent planning driving a data-based decision model
- Be the focal point and technical expert for SSF modules such as Learning Management System (LMS), Performance &Calibration, Mentoring, Succession, performing the partnering with HR Ops to identify and drive systems and tools enhancements
- Responsible for managing the Global Learning and Development Outlook Account, SharePoint Site, and associated Global Communications
- Minimum 5 years in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years in a global, multi continent and complex organization
- Minimum 3 years working through a remote team and matrix organization
- Strong technical ability in OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficient in English

- **Program & Project Management**: Manages the delivery of business -aligned projects; ensures field ready implementation.
