Coordinate, design, build and evaluate professional, personal, engagement and health development initiatives for retail dealership employees and specialized training programs for dealership senior management through Specialized Suppliers.

This Job is located in #LI-Hybrid within Mexico City and will report to Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Control and monitoring of monthly objectives by Division, region, territory, and branches.
- Investigate educational program options to develop the concessionaires, which will define and align with the CFI Management the technical, operational, financial and legal aspects.
- Educational technology, lead this team to operate the Online platform, continue to improve new technologies and costumer experience for end-users.
- Evaluate the results of the concessionaire's satisfaction index regarding the external services received through an evaluation matrix, generating reports and data analysis
- Work with internal areas of Marketing, HR, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Purchasing, for deploying activities that guarantee the effectiveness of the initiatives
- Work with the Concessionaries, internal areas and end costumers to ensure that training programs have an impact on sell in and sell out organizational goals.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years’ experience in Organizational Developement or related position
- English written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization. (B1 CEFR)
- Strategical mindset, customer service, relationships, organized, and teamwork.
- 2+ years of experience with Power BI, Office.
