You will be responsible for Develop and coordinate activities that help improve the environment. Through the correct administration of the employment relationship.

**Your task will be**
- Coordinate and monitor Human Resources Initiatives.
- Follow up on staff services.
- Management and execution of events for the entire organization with the purpose of generating employee integration, sense of belonging and improve the work environment.
- Coordinate plant communication system.
- Execute area budget.
- Administration of the United Fund programs.
- Coordination and implementation of Values Initiative.
- Coordination, Supervision and execution of dining room administration.
- Comply with the standards of the transportation service in the plant.
- Preparation of surveys on services, work environment and vacations.
- Comply with the training and training programs of the personnel in charge.
- Review and approve in a timely manner the applicable incidents (entries, exits, overtime, agreements, vacations, etc.) in kronos of the personnel under his charge.
- Lead 1 annual improvement event according to the kaizen methodology.
- Comply and enforce the safety rules in the plant, legal and regulatory, as well as the standards of ISO-14001, IATF 16949 and specific customer requirements.
- Responsibility and authority to stop production due to quality problems.
- Comply with the Human Resources Compliance Guidelines.
- Supervise and give communications to staff.
- Surveys of Human Resources services (Canteens/Bathrooms/Transportation).

**To succeed in this role, you will need**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related.
- intermediate English.
- +2 years in a similar position with experience in manufacturing industry.
- knowledge in administration of personnel services (transportation, cafeteria, medical service, etc.), internal communication and marketing, personnel management.
