**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

The main objective of this role is to ensure a proper report preparation of the supply chain sector by providing technical solutions for the processing, validation, and quality control of data. Having as purpose the correct execution of the supply chain planning processes in LatAm markets by providing accurate and reliable data for decision-making

**Your Impact**

As SC Sr. Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

- Responsible for daily, weekly and period reporting
- Develop, support and sustain supply chain metrics, tools, reports and dashboards for LatAm Market
- Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to existing suite tools, reports, apps and dashboards
- Support analytical studies to improve business decision-making
- Create visualizations in Excel, PowerBI and/or Tableau to ensure business communication
- Manage LatAm SC databases
- Share ideas for databes development
- Determine and define project scope
- Manage project execution to meet deadlines
- Manage correct communication with stakeholders and team memender to align scopes
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Lead subordinates to ensure a correct workload distribution and make sure accorect cooperation with peers
- Maintaining SLA’s performance and learning about all the roles of the team
- Lead various MBS continuous improvement initiatives, providing software expertise and leadership skills within the internal team

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- ** Key Hard skills**: Programing (Python, R), Database Management (SQL), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Office.
- ** Education**: Graduated from Engineering / Administration / Economics / Logistics or related
- ** Experience**: Exclusive experience in similar positions like Analytics, Consultory, logistics or process optimization.
- **Language**: Intermediate English (Reading - Comprehension)
