**This position reports to**:
HR Business Partner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and control the absenteeism Metrics.
- Manage the internal English Program (EFL), assign the licenses, and track the fulfillment of employee’s goals.
- Support on engagement activities.
- Manage the internal communication channel (Screens on cafeteria and HR Board).
- Support on the hiring process of unionized people.
- Keep the control of the unionized workers Kardex.

**Your background**:

- Students from the last’s semesters in Administration or related with active school insurance.
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Results-oriented.
- Sense of Responsibility and committeemen with the activities.
- Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy and self-starter.
- English knowledge.
