Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _
- Controller Assistant _

- Guadalajara, North Campus_

- Reporting to the Controller, Controller Assistant role involves_
- Responsible for financial statement preparation, financial analysis, budgets and forecasts in line with corporate policies and processes and legislative requirements in order to ensure financial reporting analysis and forecasts support business strategy and decisions._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management reports._
- _ Prepare receivables report as required._
- _ Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports._
- _ Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for local management._
- _ Prepare weekly/month-end reports for leadership team._
- _ Prepare financial reports for regulators and Sarbanes Oxley compliance._
- _ Assist with managing the Accounting department._
- _ Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Experience as controller assistant or similar position_
- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_
- _ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience and training._
- _ Fluent English_
- _ Knowledge in forecast, P&L, balance sheet & cash flow_
- _ ERP & excel proficiency_
- _ Costs and accounting reconciliations experience_
- _ Knowledge in Mexican GAAP, US GAAP is also a plus_
- _ Expense’s approval and analysis experience_
