**Accounting Assitant, Bilingual**

As a **Bilingual Accounting Assitant**, you will assist our accounting team with the following duties:

- Payroll review and processing (bi-weekly)
- Accounts receivable invoicing
- Month end reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Coding invoices appropriately and ensuring proper approval
- Process invoices for payment
- Work closely with the accounting team to reconcile A/P reports monthly
- Work with vendors and Property Managers to reconcile issues related to invoices and payments
- Validate, record, and send checks, including expediting special handling
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed
- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed
- Carry out additional projects as required
- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
- Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
- Numeric data entry experience
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
- Check Runs experience preferred
- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Payroll assist with Payroll journal entries
- General Reconciliation experience a plus

**Requirements**:

- English 95%+ (Speak, Read, Write)
- Provide Resume in English
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and US Accounting principles
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. 9am to 6pm

**Compensation: 22,500 pesos/mes**
