Responsible to support HLRR Coordinator & operations with PPAP submission once validation process has been completed on site. Define effective break point & maintain proper follow up & track introduction of dual source components & HLRR Projects. Manage PPAP submission on time according to schedule

YOU MUST HAVE:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- PPAP Process knowledge
- Knowledge on quality systems & standards, e.g. ISO/TS 16949

Available Job Activities:

- In charge of effective breakpoint set up prior to Process Validation related to HLRR Project, Dual Source and other PPAP task.
- Support on continuous improvements Programs in coordination with CQE & HLRR Coordinator.
- Ensure complete adherence to internal quality system procedures and instructions.
- Ensure full adherence to ISO/TS standards and certification.
- Utilization of correct six sigma tools in problem solving Maintain good communication with Customers/ SQ&Ds, CQEs, NPI or HLRR Coordinator.
- Adherence on HSE Procedures and support initiatives
