Project Manager

.Oversee all aspects of the project over the project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close)
.Plan the scope of a project and objectives as well as the role and function of each member
.Coordinate tasks with the team
.Track development regularly so outcomes are delivered on time
.Engage with the stakeholders to develop risk assessment, mitigation actions and identify opportunities.
.Analyze the project’s cost and benefit
Issue the Authority For Expenditure (AFE) file
.Create the project’s budget and track expenses
.Address issues that can impact the project or team
.Develop the project schedule, plan regular meetings with the team and report progress to the senior project manager, functional area manager and company leadership
.Document the project into its final stage.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering preferred but not limited to, business, economics, engineering, or international commerce.
.Project Management course or certification preferred.
.4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
.Advanced English and writing skills required

.Ability to navigate through digital environments in a Google Platform

.Experience using Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Smartsheet knowledgeable desired but not required.
.Visa required for traveling sporadically
