**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate onePSS implementation and sustainment, using the global framework as a guideline and tailoring steps according to the area background/needs.
- Provide support and feedback to the leadership on how best to implement and ensure a Lean culture.
- Be connected to Change Management to support leadership in cultural change initiatives stemming from cultural diagnosis and to engage the team to the onePSS reason why.
- Provide support to develop and review strategy deployment, integrating SCM areas and connecting the SCM strategy with onePSS implementation.
- Leading and supporting the onePSS implementation structures (SC and ITF) being a reference for Continuous Improvement.
- Drive Loss and Waste Analysis to evaluate opportunities and prioritize implementation through projects/initiatives
- Consistently reviewing the progress of area-level onePSS implementation, challenging teams, and developing actions to address gaps during implementation.
- Coach internal teams to enhance continuous improvement mindset resulting in new initiatives to process improvement.
- Deliver reports of status of the program keeping key stakeholders properly informed on the milestones achieved; specific trainings, needs, challenges and opportunities.
- Review project progress and challenge teams to develop actionable plans to close gaps to plan. E.g., timelines, practice maturity progression, financial targets, adoption, and sustainability of improvements.
- Develop and follow up of KPIs related to OnePSS and SC performance.
- OnePSS TRACC Administrator and Facilitator, expanding initial TRACC management across SCM, act asTRACC Champion.
- Support the implementation and connection of #WoW aligned with OnePSS.

**Who you are**
- B.S. in Engineering or other degrees. +5 years of experience in different areas of Product Supply.
- Intermediate English.
- Referent for change model. Ability to interface all levels of the organization and to influence without authority. Networking and relationship focused. Coaching and training skills. Data-driven, analytics skills & digital mindset.
- Strong Knowledge of Lean Practices (not mandatory).
- Understanding of Supply Chain Operations.
- PMI / Project management background.
- Process improvement tools knowledge
