**Consumer Activation Specialist**

**Tu objetivo será**:
El puesto exite para ser la interfaz entre la estrategia de marketing y el comportamiento del consumidor, para garantizar que las estregias de marca definidas por el área se ejecuten de manera eficiente y efectiva.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderar el desarrollo, planificación, coordinación, implementación y seguimiento de activaciones de consumo (POS & HORECA), utilizando de la manera más efectiva posible el Marketing Mix. Garantizar la alineación entre los equipos de marketing, trade marketing y campo, las agencias de activación y otras partes interesadas.
- Garantizar que las estrategias de marca se ejecuten de manera eficiente y efectiva, de acuerdo con el lugar de activación del canal.
- Administrar de manera eficiente y efectiva las agencias de terceros.
- Evaluación continua y optimización con enfoque en el ROI.
- Asegurar el correcto desarrollo, implementación, control y seguimiento de programas, procesos internos, la regulación local y trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los equipos y agencias.
- Maximizar la presencia y exposición de la marca dentro del POS, asegurando la innovación y la competitividad.
- Gestionar en tiempo y forma las estrategias de acuerdo a los Planes Comerciales y las Prioridades de Marketing.
- Monitoreo remoto para asegurar la correcta ejecución en campo.

**Solo necesitas**:

- Ing. o Lic. concluída.
- De 3-5 años en posiciones similares, preferente enfocado en cosumo masivo.
- Inglés fluido.
- Manejo de paquetería Office.
- Disponibilidad de horario y para viajar.
