**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:
As an Implementations Analyst, you will collaborate with the internal Implementations Team in designing and implementing solutions to optimize the quality of each client’s existing processes and systems.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building the knowledge base and pilot testing a wide range of tasks for Boldr’s new and prospective clients, and in making sure that the tasks are effectively handed over to the Client experience team.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:

- Take a deep dive and perform audits on the clients’ systems and processes.
- Create new and modify existing process documentation for clients’ workflows within the defined scope of service.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Provide support in designing the onboarding and training approach for newly built teams.
- Lead all process and systems-related training for the Service Delivery team members of newly launched clients.
- Coordinate meetings with Boldr’s support teams (i.e. People, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, IT, Office Operations, Marketing and Impact) to set up all necessary requirements.
- Participate as required in the client-facing aspects of new account implementations.
- Perform internal and client-specific ad hoc tasks as needed.

**YOU HAVE**
***:

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field you’re passionate about.
- An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to clients and colleagues, both verbally and in written form.
- A strong interest in learning customer experience as a domain expertise.
- Familiarity on any Helpdesk, CRM, and/or business intelligence software.
- Ability to accept feedback gracefully and with an open mind.
- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details
- Able to multitask and prioritize with mínimal supervision
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strongly interested in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements. On top of that, you’re willing to share your skills and talents with the team.
- Amenable to work on rotating shifts and render overtime work as required.
