**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR PLANNED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to be in Juarez.**

**Purpose**:Es responsable de asegurarse que todo el trabajo de mantenimiento planeado asignado a el para todo el equipo de producción sea ejecutado, manteniendo los níveles esperados del departamento en los GMP’s (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura), anota observaciones y comunica a su supervisor para su corrección.

**You will be responsible for**:
Bajo supervisión limitada y de acuerdo con todas las leyes/regulaciones federales, estatales y locales y procedimientos y lineamientos del Corporativo Johnson & Johnson, esta posición:

- Responsable de los ajustes/set ups del equipo de manufactura y su respectiva documentación.
- Apoyar a manufactura en la reparación a tiempo de equipo y maquinaria.
- Desempeñar las actividades planeadas de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de acuerdo a los métodos y documentación aprobadas.
- Participar en la transferencia de nuevas líneas de producción.
- Proveer recomendaciones y soporte técnico en nuevos proyectos y en OAC.
- Seguimiento a todas las políticas de seguridad de la compañía y otras precauciones de seguridad dentro del área de trabajo.
- Cumplimiento con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
- Se asegura se cumplan con las responsabilidades de los sistemas de administración ambiental (EMS).
- Sigue las políticas de administración de registros de información conveniente de J&J y del Campus, programa de retención de registros, entrenamiento y educación, avisos de retención de documentos, limpieza de registros, registros inactivos y gestión de la información, registros vitales y si aplica a proveedores en su caso.
- Conocimiento en el proceso de cotización de equipo y fixturas y seguimiento a la generacion de órdenes de compra del equipo.
- Conocimiento en el proceso de instalación y validación de equipo requerido en el área asignada bajo lineamientos establecidos.
- Realiza la captura de sus tareas diarias en eCMMS o en el sistema asignado para el propósito.
- Responsable de comunicar asuntos u oportunidades relacionadas al negocio al siguiente nível administrativo.
- Responsable de asegurar que los subordinados sigan todos los lineamientos de la Compañía relacionados a prácticas de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente y que todos los recursos necesarios para realizarlo se encuentren disponibles y en buena condición.
- Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la Compañía de todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos Federales, Estatales, locales y de la Compañía.
- Realizar otras tareas asignadas según sea necesario.

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:

- Carrera técnica o equivalente preferentemente aplicable al área: Mecánico, Eléctrico, Electromecánico, Electrónico, Metrología e Instrumentista.
- Conocimientos y habilidades para desarrollar satisfactoriamente las responsabilidades del puesto de 5 a 8 años de experiência preferentemente relacionada al puesto.
- Bilingüe: español/ingles de preferencia.
- Conocimientos de los GMP’s (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura) / ISO preferentemente.
- Conocimiento de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, documentación, procedimientos de calibración sistemas de calidad preferentemente.
- Habilidades en computadoras personales.
- Conocimiento del Sistema Máximo (Sistema Computarizado para el Manejo de Mantenimiento).
- Conocimiento de los sistemas de información del Campus preferentemente.
