**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Responsibilities may include:

- Assist in invoice reception, scanning, registration, error resolution, internal controlling tasks
- Learn, understand, and adhere to the procedures and business controls guidelines
- Understanding country specific rules and concepts
- Actively sharing acquired knowledge
- Transparently, pro-actively reporting backlog, status information with own team and management
- Lead and support problem shooting, complex investigations as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and support teams
- Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of improvement projects
- Maintaining good working relationships with all parties, representing Accounts Payable
