**DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL**:
Responsable de proveer a las áreas que tenga a su cargo las facilidades para llevar a cabo el proceso de producción en cuanto a flujos de material, documentación requerida, balanceo de líneas, determinación de capacidades de producción, estudios de tiempos, fijación de estándares de producción entre otras con el objetivo de cumplir con los requerimientos de la empresa.

**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES, RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDAD**:

- Rediseño de planos de producción y equipo.
- Hace estudios de tiempos y movimientos.
- Transferencia de líneas de producto.
- Introducción de nuevas herramientas (poka-yoke, escantillones, gages)
- Cambios de Ingeniería (ECR, ECO).
- Eventos Kaizen y Lean.
- Diseño de estaciones de trabajo, contenedores, etc.
- Reportes mensuales de actividades.
- Muestras de prototipos.
- Participación en el programa de 5’s
- Realización de Proyectos de Reducción de Costos (costo out / cost savings) y su seguimiento en el CI Trac
- Participación en la implementación de la filosofía de Mantenimiento Productivo Total (TPM)
- Desarrolla evalúa y mejora métodos de los procesos.
- Desarrolla y hace recomendaciones de mejora para hacer más eficiente los procesos.
- Identifica y desarrolla propuestas de Inversión a través de IPP.
- Analiza y hace planes de trabajo para detectar espacio y flujos de trabajo adecuado.
- Se coordina con los proveedores para las mejoras del equipo.
- Realiza talleres de manufactura esbelta.
- Reporta ahorro que hace la compañía.
- Responsable de actividades relacionados con JCMS
- Se conduce de acuerdo al código de ética de la empresa y respeta el RIT y seguridad

**CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES REQUERIDAS**:

- Carrera Profesional Terminada en Ingenieria Quimica
- Experiência en Actividades Similares 5 años.
- Experiência en procesos de pintura y de anodizado
- Conocimientos básicos en manejos de herramientas de mejoramiento continuo ( Six-sigma, TMP, Lean MFG, 5’s)
- Conocimientos de APQP y PPAP.
- Creación y mantenimiento de PFEMA.
- Manejo de software de diseño 3D (Solidworks, AutoCAD)
- Analisis, solucion de problemas, inisiativa propia y responsible.
