**The Rol**
- Track and design success indicators for the development of projects and operations.
- Manage and support resources to ensure the success of projects and their alignment with business priorities.
- Supervise the team to define timelines, identify dependency, manage issues and risks, and provide updates as priorities and timelines change.
- Lead and coach the team to develop effective communication to develop tasks according to the proposed goals.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the implemented project and seek continuous improvement of the project.
- Manage operational processes and best practices to support a high performing team, including supporting financial processes, resourcing process, maintaining knowledge and content management, information security, in key tools.
- Implement practices that enable rapid learning and process adaptation.
- Implementation of assured plans and implementation of continuous operation management
- Present to project steering committee regarding quantitative progress, critical path, findings and risk mitigation actions to achieve proposed goals
- Manage cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.

**The Requirements**
- Previous experience in process/project improvement in cross-functional and multicultural projects.
- Desirable Project management certification
- At least 3+ years of experience working directly or indirectly with operational and technology project management.
- Desirable experience in insurance or flexible benefits
- Experience in customer service and support
- Strong analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills, initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Interest in technology and process improvement projects.
- Organizational skills and flexibility.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solution-oriented and ability to multi-task with competing demands.
- Ability to understand cross-functional processes.
- English medium/advanced
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, project management, Visio, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Technology, Industrial Engineering or Business.
