**Real Estate Specialist - Tecnico de mantenimiento**:

Como Real Estate Specialist, serás responsable de mantener, supervisar, analizar, evaluar, proponer y dar soporte a las áreas de Real Estate en sitio. Tomaras acciones para mejorar el desempeño y eficiencia en costos en el servicio entregado.

**This position reports to**:
Real Estate Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Mantener en buenas condiciones operacionales los sistema hidráulicos y sanitarios, así como de las instalaciones en general del sitio.
- Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas de mantenimiento dentro del sitio, de acuerdo con las políticas y los procedimientos del Grupo.
- Definir, implementar y optimizar continuamente los procesos y procedimientos de mantenimiento en el sitio.
- Brindar apoyo técnico a proyectos de iniciativas especiales. Recomendar, desarrollar y asistir en la implementación de dichos proyectos en el sitio.
- Elaborar y entregar reportes periódicos de las condiciones físicas y operativas de las instalaciones del sitio.

**Your background**:

- Técnico en mantenimiento o relacionado.
- 2 años o más de experiência en mantenimiento de bienes inmuebles.
- Experiência en mantenimiento de instalaciones hidráulicas (riego, suministro de agua, instalaciones, etc.) y sanitarias (drenajes, plantas de tratamiento, etc.).
