**MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IV**

Location Irapuato, Mexico

**YOUR TASKS**
- Analyzing the causes of defects and malfunctions on complex operating equipment
- Performing repairs, maintaining, servicing, improving and installing complex operating equipment
- Carrying out modification work on complex operating equipment.
- Analyzing and diagnosing faults by means of diagnostic systems and specifying malfunction of complex
operating equipment fitted with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Establishing and evaluating the current state of the individual components, identifying reasons for wear
and tear.
- Prepare a wear forecast and derive the necessary consequences for future use
- Define the type and scope of problems and eliminate damages where possible while considering quality,
costs and timing.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- ABB robot programming experience
- ABB robot maintenance
- Siemens and Mitsubishi PLC programming
- Ensure that maintenance is done accordingly to the needs of the location regarding know-how, availability, shifts and spare parts
- Analyzing and diagnosing faults with the aid of diagnosis systems, and specification of malfunction on complex operating equipment
- Experience of more than 2 up to 3 years.
