ESTAMOS EN BUSQUEDA DE HOSTESS, PARA TRABAJAR EN EL AEROPUERTO DE LA CIUDAD DE MEXICO.

La/el Hostess es la primera persona del establecimiento que mantendrá el contacto con los clientes, por ello, tiene gran repercusión en la impresión inicial del cliente. Este empleado habrá de saludar

cortésmente a todo cliente que entre en el establecimiento y acomodarlos en la mesa pertinente.

ACTIVIDADES:

- Saludar a los clientes.
- Proporcionar la información correcta acerca de los pases de acceso
- Tener conocimiento de los horarios de apertura y cierre
- Mantener un conocimiento completo de todos los elementos del menú
- Hacer uso de las herramientas proporcionadas por la empresa por el bien del cliente y del buen funcionamiento de la sala.
- Ofrecer un servicio ejemplar y orientado a exceder las expectativas del cliente y a toda persona que frecuente las salas.
- Familiarizarse con todos las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por la empresa.
- Asegurarse de que los clientes se encuentran cómodos en todo momento.
- Estar al pendiente de las entradas y las salientes que ocurran en el establecimiento.
- Anticipar todas las necesidades de los clientes.
- Comunicar la llegada de cualquier VIP al jefe/encargado de sala.

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimiento, experiêncial del área operativa
- Altamente orientado al cliente.
- Capacidad para recibir y actuar acordemente con las quejas de clientes.
- Plurilingüe (Español e inglés imprescindible). Otros idiomas son recomendables.
- Experiência mínima: 6 meses de experiência en el mismo puesto
- Buena presentación
- Sexo Indistinto
- Horario Laboral: lunes a Domingo con dos días de descanso rolados entre semana
- Estabilidad laboral
- Prestaciones de Ley

Salario: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 al mes
