Posee una comprensión sustancial del trabajo mientras trabaja en tareas que son moderadamente difíciles que requieren juicio para resolver problemas o hacer recomendaciones. Se centra en tareas moderadamente difíciles, utilizando una comprensión sustancial del procedimiento operativo estándar. Apoya al equipo en general.

**¿Cuales son las actividades?**
- Mantenimiento de instalaciones e infraestructuras
- Realiza comprobaciones de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo moderadamente difíciles in situ de los componentes de las instalaciones.
- Realiza reparaciones de dificultad moderada, mantenimiento, instalaciones e inspecciones in situ de los sistemas de las instalaciones. Apoya las medidas de eficiencia energética
- Supervisar el sistema de control de edificios (BMS) y resolver problemas de alarma de dificultad moderada que requieran criterio para su resolución siguiendo los procedimientos operativos estándar.
- Maneja y mantiene los sistemas de fontanería, extinción de incendios y seguridad.
- Maneja infraestructuras críticas bajo la supervisión de personal técnico de mayor rango.
- Normalmente recibe pocas instrucciones sobre el trabajo diario, instrucciones generales sobre tareas recién introducidas

Apoyo a proveedores

Apoya el proceso de aprobación del trabajo de los proveedores de servicios en trabajos de mantenimiento de dificultad moderada, para el seguimiento: sesión informativa al inicio del trabajo, trabajo durante la jornada/turno de trabajo y revisión final del trabajo realizado. Garantiza que las actividades de mantenimiento de los proveedores se lleven a cabo conforme a los procedimientos operativos estándar de Equinix.

En colaboración con los proveedores, apoya las modificaciones de los expedientes técnicos de las plantas

Administración del sitio y soporte de incidentesRealiza registros de sitio moderadamente difíciles para permisos, tales como Protocolo de Operación de Mantenimiento (MOPs) y scriptsIdentifica los puntos únicos de fallo (SPOF) y formula recomendaciones.Responde a todos los incidentes in situ de dificultad moderada, incluidos fallos, problemas y retrasos.
