Si cuentas con conocimientos en:
- Experiência minina de 1 año en funciones similares.
- Conocimiento de Suite Google.
- Conocimiento de Data Studio.
Escolaridad:
- Licenciatura en sistemas o afín.
- Agile, Management 3.0, Gestión de equipos (deseable)

La Dirección General de Engineering es pieza fundamental dentro de la organización del Grupo BBVA México; participamos como un solo equipo con las demás Direcciones Generales, aportando valor en la transformación de nuestro Banco y de nuestro Grupo, nuestra principal responsabilidad reside en desarrollar y operar soluciones tecnológicas y procesos seguros para mejorar la experiência de nuestros clientes, ofrecer mejores productos y servicios y garantizar la continuidad operativa de nuestro banco.
El área de Systems Engineering se encarga de mantener de extremo a extremo un sistema de aplicaciones, software desarrollado por BBVA y que es clave en la capacidad que tenemos de dar servicio a nuestros clientes (interno o externo). Responsable de los sistemas de aplicaciones, asegurando la velocidad de respuesta ante las necesidades del negocio, la calidad de los trabajos de desarrollo realizados y la resiliencia del propio sistema de aplicaciones; responsables tanto del desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades, como su mantenimiento y mejora continua.
Lo que harás:
- Mantener actualizados los roles y las responsabilidades descritas dentro de los playbooks de Software Engineering.
- Coordinar la participación de los expertos locales y gestionar las actualizaciones hacia los playbooks de Software.
- Responsable de apoyar la estandarización de las formas de trabajo alineadas al equipo de Global Software Development (GSD).
- Responsable de que las adecuaciones locales sean consideradas dentro de los playbooks globales.
- Coordinar a los diferentes Champions para la correcta actualización e implementación de prácticas de desarrollo de Software.
- Comunicar a los diferentes puestos los cambios asociados a su rol.
