**Technology Transfer Specialist**

Major Tasks

1. Administra y coordina los proyectos de Transferencia (inicio, planeación, control, ejecución y cierre) por transferencia de productos existentes y nuevos al Sitio Lerma, reformulación, optimizaciones y calificación deproveedores de materia prima y/o maquiladores de semiterminados para mercado local e internacional

2. Gestionar la documentación necesaria para las actividades del área de Transferencia o cualquier otra que aplique en Lerma bajo su responsabilidad (procedimientos, fórmulas, estructuras, etc.)

3. Gestiona la documentación que aplique para la implementación del proyecto bajo su liderazgo, asegurando el cumplimiento de regulaciones nacionales, internaciones y corporativas (GAP análisis,Synaps, análisis de riesgo, controles de cambio, etc.)

4. Coordina los análisis de factibilidad o casos de negocio de nuevos proyectos (CapEX, OTC, RC, cronogramas, etc.)

Licenciatura en: QFB, Ingeniero Bioquímico, QFI, Ingeniero Farmacéutico Industrial, Ingeniero Químico, o a fin 7 años o más en áreas de Producción, Empaque, Desarrollo Farmacéutico, Calidad, Administración de Proyectos, Transferencia, en la industria farmacéutica

Conocimiento especial: Administración de proyectos, tecnología farmacéutica, equipos de industria farmacéutica tableteadoras, secadores, granuladores, recubrimiento, fabricación de formas farmacéuticas en general.

Software: Project, Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Idiomas: Ingles (B2/ Intermedio avanzado) Enfoque al cliente, obtención de resultados, trabajo en equipo, manejo de complejidad y ambigüedad, planeación y control, innovación, competencias digitales, retar status quo.
