Objective: Provide support to the Site HRBP team with operational/tactical activities to have a more strategic and broad focus on the catalog of HR services and competencies Responsibilities:Provides support to the HR Director into the implementation and execution of strategies for business unit and functional groups. - Provides support to the HR Director into the developing an effective organization. - Be a trusted advisor and coach. - Foster a diverse, inclusive, engaged & ethical culture - Get involve into the manage and lead change. - Get involve into the HR operating Model optimization. - Demonstrate talent mastery - Deploy COE-Lead HR processes - Conduct strategic workforce planning - Support MA&D, organization transformation & product transfer - Follow up site culture projects and programs. (GIDE, Employer of choice (compete to win) Strategies, A3, Turnover, OHS, Internal Communication, Motivational events, Town Halls, Focus groups, Put Patient First program. - Additional support as HRBP (Other areas/Regional Roles) - Gemba’s, Skip Levels, Business Meeting, SLT & Employees concerns - Training - Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues. - Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management. - To anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. - Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar. - Experience minimum of 3 years in the human resources area or similar positions - Experience in medical industry - Advanced English - Knowledge in Systems Tress and Workday - Knowledge in KPI’s
