About you:

- Mezcal Planner primary role is to handle day-by-day supply chain needs, including third parties and distilling operations, to meet consumer and customer service objectives, whilst maintaining efficient distribution and production efficiencies. This includes the 18-month horizon.
- Is responsible for liquid production, finished goods production and packaging materials (End to End) planning.
- This role must be capable balancing the need for excellent customer service with the requirement to improve available capacity and meet site OEE targets. To do this the role requires excellent knowledge of production operations and constraints and excellent communication and negotiation skills while possessing skills in root cause and trend analysis.

Master Production Planning

Objectives:

- Total Inventory as a % of NSV, % Healthy Inventory, Days Forward Coverage, Line Fill, OTIF
- Supply Planning: %Case Fill Rate, Capacity Utilization, Adherence to Agreed Replenishment Plan, (Raw Materials and Components)
- Make: Adherence to the agreed production plan

Responsible for weekly and monthly supply and product availability reporting including monthly calls, weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments.

Lead the supply network plan (frozen period to planning horizon) of the assigned business area to deliver target OTIFNE service and inventory levels.

Build a strong and collaboratively relation with Production Site Management to deliver market requirements.

Responsible for identifying risks and/or opportunities to the overall supply plan and implementing essential changes & communicating effectively to key partners

Ensure local production scheduling systems and processes in place are aligned to global supply planning codification strategy and standards.

Ensure effective ways of working with Data, CoE and local production/technical teams to ensure schedules are built within agreed capacity for the operation.

Actively evaluate production site capacity plan and highlight any areas that are capacity constrained to the Category Planning Manager and assigned market partners

Required experience / Languages:

- Baseline understanding of the short-term Supply Chain Planning processes; Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Conversion, Logistics, Procurement.
- Knowledge of MPS/MRP and scheduling methodology
- Proficiency in purchasing processes and warehouse
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal skills - verbal, written and presentation.
- English Upper-Intermediate
- +3 years in a planning or production environment (Production planning/scheduling, production systems/management, Materials Planning)
- Additionally, some wider cross-functional experience and beverage materials categories are preferable. E.g. procurement, packaging, raw materials.
- Experience with advanced Supply Planning platforms (e.g SAP ECC6 MRP/Materials management, SAP APO, OMP, SAP 4HANA, etc).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in appropriate supply chain, mathematical, engineering, or business degree
