**Qualifications**:
- Must have:
Ø A two (2) year business degree from an accredited college or university; and
Ø Two (2) years of total full-time broad-based, Mexico focused accounting experience
- Must possess brisk, efficient work pace and the ability to complete assignments with accuracy
- Must have well developed written and verbal communication skills
Ø Bilingual Spanish and English required
- Must have direct experience with a Microsoft Windows-based operating environment with specific proficiency toward Microsoft Excel
- Must have working knowledge of CFDI requirements for Vendor Payment Receipts
- Ability to learn and use multiple software systems
- Ability to adapt quickly to new situations, identify and resolve errors
**Responsibilities may include**:
- Responsibility for matching vendor invoices to purchase receipts, return receipts, and confirming internal purchase requests with accuracy
- Responsibility for invoices in multiple foreign currency
- Work with Accounts Receivable on direct ship confirmation of vendor invoices
- Comply with goals set for processing discounts as well as weekly and month end deadlines
- Work directly with vendors and other US Tool personnel to resolve disputes
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Reconciliation of Import Pedimentos
- Verifying requests for new vendor information provided from procurement is accurate
- Maintaining CFDI vendor payment records
- Work with Corporate Office Accounts Payable team to confirm accuracy of vendor payments
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by US Tool Group de Mexico Management, Accounting Analysts, and Corporate Office
**Other Important Information**:
- 90% sitting
- 10% standing and walking
- Must have Passport/Visa with availability to travel to USA
- Valid Driver’s License
- Miscellaneous lifting of up to 25 lbs. from ground level to waist and shoulder height

Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
