**What You Will Do**
- Lead the establishment of Stryker's Capital Investment Unit, overseeing a new business area.
- Achieve significant negotiations with key clients, including construction firms, architects, integrators, and major project execution groups, ensuring comprehensive inclusion of various Stryker products.
- Develop and manage a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to define program scope.
- Create and maintain the program Gantt chart, analyzing critical paths and optimizing the schedule.
- Collaborate on the program budget, ensuring cost optimization and adherence to financial plans.
- Formulate program Quality Plans, actively monitoring and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop a comprehensive risk management plan, identifying and addressing project risks.
- Build stakeholder relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment with business leaders.

**What You Will Need**
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced English skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience with capital investment negotiations
