**Mission**

Como Backend Developer serás la persona encargada que nos ayudé a crear herramientas de calidad para Fairplay. Así mismo serás responsable de mejorar aplicaciones existentes con tu experiência y creatividad trabajando en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo de ingeniería.

Objetives
- Work with relational or non-relational databases, with data integration and migration tools.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and software development technologies.
- Document and communicate the progress of the work, the problems, or challenges in which it is found.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and with different areas of the company.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Code documentation and platform changes.
- Participation in code reviews.
- Participate in the planning and monitoring of projects.
- Update and support of existing functionalities.
- Development and implementation of testing for new and existing functionalities.
- Estimation and reports of tasks to be developed.
- Share new knowledge with team members.

**Requirements**:
Technical Competencies

One year of experience programming in Python.

Desirable experience from start to finish developing Backend systems.

Have a basic understanding of web technologies: client/server architectures, REST, and best practices.

Desirable experience with a framework or micro framework for web development such as Django, Fast API, Falcon, Flask, etc.

Experience with relational database management.

Familiarization with test development and debugging.

Personal Skills

Track projects to ensure the right software is being created.

Excellent communication with other areas of the company.
