**Your profile**
- We look forward to meeting you if you hold a university degree in business administration or any comparable field. Alternatively, you have a commercial apprenticeship together with extensive additional qualifications.
- You have gained long-term professional experience in the area of strategic procurement or in the field of travel management.
- Additionally, you have good project management skills and extensive knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You are also familiar with the SCM Tool landscape.
- You are highly commercially focused and have very good negotiating skills and persuasive power.
- As you act in an international environment you convince us with your excellent communication skills in English as well as your willingness to travel.
- You have a high degree of problem-solving ability. You are an analytical, pragmatic and enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and confident appearance.

**Yourresponsibilities**
- In your new role you contribute to the development of global travel policies with cross-functional partners.
- You will create and implement strategies for Siemens Energy globally, incl. the selection of suppliers and service partners.
- Moreover, you will jointly with Siemens AG develop sourcing strategies and ensure that Siemens Energy’s interests are represented appropriately.
- You will create transparency of all travel related cost globally and will develop process improvements and savings opportunities to support demand management within the business and contribute to a more cost-efficient organization.
- You will support the global Concur rollout and ensure the usage of global travel related contracts via Concur.
- Further, you will contribute to the Carbon Neutral initiative and will create and implement measures globally which will be included in the respective Siemens Energy policies
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
