**MISSION**

Responsable de asegurar la calidad del producto en el proceso de fabricación de sistemas de combustible. Asegura el cumplimiento del plan de control, la mejora continua de procesos y productos, y la resolución de problemas, con el objetivo de garantizar que nuestros clientes reciban productos que cumplan o excedan sus especificaciones y las requeridas por el sistema de calidad. Coordina las actividades de Ingeniería de Calidad de Planta. Coordinar y ejecutar las actividades de mejora continua y eventos que den como resultado ahorros para las instalaciones.

**Responsibilities & Activities**

**Aseguramiento de calidad.**
- Asegurar la realización de las pruebas del plan de control en tiempo y forma.
- Actualizar documentación de calidad como planes de control, formatos, instrucciones etc.
- Asegurar la realización de auditorías de producto, proceso, controles y validaciones del plan de control.
- Baja y retorno de componentes en SAP.
- Elaboración de PPAPs para clientes.
- Ejecución de auditorías LPA/Asegurar auditorias EPV.
- Coordinación de contenciones con clientes y en planta.
- Realizar 8D´s para la solución de los problemas más significativos.
- Liderar 8D´s por reclamos de clientes, corporativo e internos.
- Mantener actualizada la matriz de 8D´s y fast response para asegurar el cierre en tiempo.
- Actualizar base de datos de 8D´s en topnet.
- Seguimiento mensual de capacidades de proceso a través de juntas con el equipo técnico para generar acciones de mejora cuando se encuentren CP/CPKS en rojo, en soporte con el Ing. Metrología.
- Gestionar el proceso de alertas de calidad y asegurar su cierre.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de pruebas anuales del plan de control.
- Sentido de urgencia alto en atención a cliente para issues de calidad/ Cambios de ing. Emergentes con el manejo apropiado en los portales de clientes.
- Coordinar el equipo auditor y equipo de técnicos de Calidad de manera eficiente.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento a los requerimientos de cliente
- Validación diaria de portales de cliente e interpretación de scorecards
- Asegurar acciones preventivas y correctivas derivadas de cualquier tema de calidad y/o que puedan afectar al cliente

**Administrar personal y otras actividades**
- Actualizar la información en el sistema TRESS de nóminas así como la programación del personal
- Evaluar la competencia de auditores y técnicos de calidad y mantener actualizada la matriz de habilidades.

Asegurar el cierre y la efectividad de las acciones correctivas de su área y aquellas acciones asignadas por una no conformidad de producto, proceso, sistema y/o seguridad.

Brindar soporte en las actividades que asigne el jefe directo. Los que genera G_M-IMS-0001 Integrated Management System Manual y el PUE_M-MASS-0001 Manual del Sistema de Administración de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad.

El puesto tiene autoridad de parar los procesos y máquinas si existe alguna actividad que ponga en riesgo la integridad física de un colaborador y riesgo de producir o embarcar producto no conforme. Tiene la autoridad de detener el proceso en caso de detectar derrames de fluidos y emisiones anormales que puedan ocasionar algún daño al medio ambiente, deberá ser notificado de inmediato para su corrección. Disponer de manera adecuada los diferentes tipos de residuos que se generen en su área de trabajo.
