**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Administrator on all personnel matters. and assists with payroll processing.

**Essential Functions**:
Responsible for clerical & administrative duties related to Human Resources.

Support plant 1 for attending voluntary resignations.

Support all employee events activities.

Support communication activities including the board update.

Maintain employee files for All plants.

Scan FTE documents periodically and upload them on E-file.

Legal Compliance - HR policies

Support employee services in P1

Support Executive Assistant when absent.

Provide ID batches to suppliers, visitors & replace lost or damaged ID badges. (P1, P2, P4 & ADC)

Create Employment Letters

Create SRMs

Bank cards Replacement

Updated the “Real Reason of resignation” Report.

Keep HR information boards up to date & clean.

Control inventory stock of HR forms in assigned Plant.

Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

Support change management.

Support PSA activities and procedures with team members.

The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.

All other activities as assigned related with this function.

**Knowledge**:
Microsoft Office
EC/SAP

**Experience**:
Experience 2 or 3 years in Human Resources

Knowledge in Federal Labor Law

**Skills**:
Bilingual English-Spanish
Ability to prioritize activities.
Work with discretion

**Education/Certifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
