**Job Purpose**:
To develop and design supply chain solutions for the most complex projects:

- Manage solution design deliverables across highly complex projects
- Model scenarios of current and future operational solutions & present and advise alternative cost benefit analysis & value models
- Advise the customer in new & innovative solutions which address the customer needs and demonstrate clear solution fit
- Support the development of a commercial framework for proposed solution with Business Development & Key Account Managers in order to achieve DSC's growth, contract retention and continuous improvement objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Data analysis capabilities of database for designing logistic solutions for multi-sector customers.
- Good communication skills with different levels and cross-functional teams.
- Efficient time management and follow-up of complex projects with challenging deadlines.
- Self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Interprets local business needs to develop solution design strategies.
- Communicates the objectives and rationale behind the strategy to own team, outlines the steps by which the strategy will be achieved.
- Sets clear priorities and keeps the team focused on efforts that add significant value.
- Designing solutions to deliver business growth, retain and improve existing business.
- Identify & manage Solution design resource requirements.
- Manage the budget and resolve spending issues.
