RESUMEN DEL PUESTO:
Realiza operación de ensamble en la estación asignada en Celda de producción, cumpliendo con los tiempos de
procesamiento establecidos para el cumplimiento de las metas de calidad y producción diarias.
FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES: - Otras funciones pueden ser asignadas:
- Utilizar el equipo de protección personal durante su estancia en el interior de las instalaciones de la compañía y
respetar las políticas y procedimientos de Seguridad Higiene y Medio Ambiente.
- Asegurarse que la herramienta a utilizar en el proceso está en buenas condiciones y dentro de calibración
(cuando aplique).
- Cumplir con los entrenamientos relacionados con la ejecución de las operaciones de ensamble a las cuales está
asignado(a).
- Realizar operación de ensamble, corte y/o Soladura RF en la estación asignada en la celda de producción,
asegurándose de seguir la última revisión de las instrucciones de trabajo correspondientes.
- Identificación y segregación de material no conforme detectado durante el proceso de ensamble, corte y/o
Soladura RF, cumpliendo con los procedimientos internos del sistema de calidad, así como con las buenas
prácticas de documentación.
- Llenar los campos del DHR (Device History Record) que apliquen, de acuerdo a las operaciones de ensamble, corte
y/o Soladura RF que esté realizando, siguiendo las buenas prácticas de documentación.
- Reportar los defectos en el producto generados durante el proceso productivo, siguiendo los procedimientos
internos del sistema de calidad.
- Mantener limpia y ordenada su área de trabajo, y hacer uso correcto de las herramientas y dispositivos
inherentes a su operación.
- Cumplir el reglamento interno de la compañía.
- Identificación y ejecución de proyectos de mejora.
- Las actividades mencionadas arriba cubren las responsabilidades principales del puesto, pero no excluyen otras
tareas y responsabilidades que pudieran ser asignadas ocasionalmente.
EDUCACION, EXPERIENCIA Y CALIFICACIONES:
- Al menos secundaria terminada.
- Manejo de PC.
- Conocimiento de herramientas Lean Manufacturing
