El objetivo fundamental es mejorar el rendimiento (precio, entrega y calidad) de la cadena de suministro global de Polaris. Las principales responsabilidades incluyen la incorporación de nuevos proveedores y el apoyo al Programa de Mejora Continua de Proveedores (SCIP), que implica el desarrollo estratégico a largo plazo de los proveedores cuyo rendimiento está por debajo de las expectativas. El puesto de Ingeniero Superior de Desarrollo de Proveedores (SDE) requiere la aplicación de conocimientos técnicos diversificados de Calidad, Operaciones e Ingeniería junto con el ejercicio de la perspicacia empresarial de la Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro.
**Responsabilidades**
- Realizar evaluaciones de calidad, fabricación y capacidad de producción
- Ejecutar la resolución de problemas de causa raíz y las acciones correctivas/preventivas (CAPA)
- Facilitar la gestión y mitigación de riesgos, eventos de mejora y formación de proveedores
- Desarrollo y presentación de resúmenes ejecutivos y tarjetas de puntuación de proveedores
- Desarrollo e innovación de procesos básicos de calidad (trabajo estándar)
**Requisitos**: Titulación en Ingeniería y experiência laboral relevante a tiempo completo en Calidad y/u Operaciones que cumplan los siguientes requisitos mínimos: Licenciatura con 4 años de experiência laboral o Máster con 3 años de experiência laboral.
Sólidas aptitudes técnicas para la resolución de problemas (Six Sigma y/o Shainin Red X).
Dominio de las herramientas básicas de calidad: Planificación Avanzada de la Calidad del Producto (APQP), Proceso de Aprobación de Piezas de Producción (PPAP), Análisis Modal de Fallos y Efectos (AMFE), Control Estadístico de Procesos (SPC) y Análisis del Sistema de Medición (MSA).
Experiência en procesos diversos con varios componentes de vehículos.
Experiência en equipos multidisciplinares (ingeniería, operaciones y cadena de suministro).
Flexibilidad para viajar según sea necesario (hasta un 25%) a ubicaciones de proveedores tanto nacionales como internacionales.
**Conocimientos, habilidades y capacidades deseadas**:
Experiência global (EE.UU., China, Europa, India, México, Tailandia, Vietnam) en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) con OEM de automoción o proveedores de automoción (Tier 1 y Tier 2).
Poseer actualmente u obtener al menos una de las siguientes certificaciones enumeradas a continuación dentro del primer año de empleo:
Cinturón Negro Seis Sigma Certificado (CSSBB), Cinturón Verde Seis Sigma Certificado (CSSGB). Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Shainin Red X Master, Shainin Red X Journeyman.
