Our client’s over 15 years of experience have made them one of the leading property and community association management companies in the HOA and Real Estate field. They are based across the Southern California, Arizona, Utah, and Texas areas and, with a highly skilled and experienced professional team, have dedicated their entire existence to providing their customers with top-quality management, highly efficient problem resolution, and high-end service to help ensure that each condominium association, board, and unit owner have the information and guidance they need to make the best decisions for their community.
**As a Customer Service Agent, some of your main activities will be**:
- Being the 1st line of contact with homeowners.
- Answer and direct calls to the correct personnel when needed.
- Navigate various systems to field questions that callers may have regarding billing, statements, fees, HOA rules, repairs, and other property management-related inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
**WORK SCHEDULE**
Monday - Friday
- 10:00 AM. - 7:00 PM. **CST MEX.**
**During US Daylight Saving Time**:
- 9:00 AM. - 6:00 PM. **CST MEX.**
**THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION. TO APPLY, YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN** **A 6-HOUR DRIVING DISTANCE FROM OUR OFFICES IN GUADALAJARA, JALISCO, OR MEXICO CITY.**
