- Responsibilities & Qualifications_
**Responsibilities**:
- Review Quality Assurance documentation for the Project.
- Resource Coordinator.
- Review Contractors’ documentation (construction procedures, construction method statements and ITPs) to ensure they are aligned with Project Specifications.
- Assist in the development of the audit schedules.
- Organize and facilitate audit execution for all Contractors involved in the Project.
- Represent the Project when external audits are scheduled.
- Enter project findings into Project’s and TC Energy’s system and follow up until their closure.
- Participate on the review of Project findings and its documentation.
- Follow up on any quality risk and its control measures.
- Report and document HSE incidents.
- Document all Project lessons learned to discuss them during the lessons learned sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- Experience in root cause analysis and use of continuous improvement tools
- Experience in Quality Risk Management
- Capability to report quality and construction issues.
- Education/Experience
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Auditor Certification.
- Experience/Knowledge inspection in Offshore Pipelines Construction Activities.
- Engineering Degree.
- Education/Experience_
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.
