**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide technical support on the different controls architectures and systems to maintain the functionality of the machinery and equipment according to the design parameters in the production lines, improvements in the control system to increase the machine time availability and increase its productivity, control the resources of labor, equipment and spare parts to meet the requirements of global manufacturing system.

**What will you do?**

Maintain the backups updated of the electronic equipment using UDC system.

Inventory of the controls diagnostic equipment, tools and software.

Continuous development of technical skill according to the versatility chart, technical training.

Maintain and trouble shooting of the manufacturing system functionality ( PMC, ANDON, FLEXNET ).

Generate technical reports of trouble shooting process and improvements implemented.

Attend meetings and follow up: TIP continuous improvement, teamwork, manufacturing systems, safety.

**Work Apropertly**

On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis

**Additional Job Description**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree: Mechatronic ,Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, and all Engineering related.
- Required experience in similar position: from 3 to 5 years.
- Available to change shifts (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
- English Level: Intermediate/Advanced
- Key Skills:
Interpretation of Electrical drawings.

Electrical specifications and standards.

Siemens S7 PLC Programming, trouble shooting.

Siemens 840D Solution Line Programming, trouble shooting.

Siemens HMI configuration.

Networks Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet communication and configuration.

Fanuc Robot Programming, trouble shooting.

Vision systems: Cameras, Scanners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Office.
