RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring all campaigns align with the company’s overall strategy, branding, and marketing and sales goals
- Developing audience segmentation and targeting in SFMC to support campaign strategies
- Leveraging marketing platforms such as Hightouch to create audiences for cross-channel and journey campaigns
- Collaborating with the Solutions Architect to implement new automated workflows and triggers within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Participating in advanced training to maximize the impact of SFMC functionality for key business initiatives
- Overseeing campaign analysis and reporting of campaign results
- Working closely with the Manager & Business Intelligence team to elevate reporting and the development of new insights

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with hands-on experience in audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution
- Experience leveraging marketing platforms such as Hightouch to create audience segments and support cross-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with dynamic messaging personalization and automated workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and generate insightful reports for executive stakeholders
