**Profile**:

- Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Material Science or Chemistry.
- English (Advanced)
- Packaging Engineer at least 2 Years of Experience, Project Management, Process Definition Mindset,
- Knowledge in: Packaging Technology, Power BI and Sustainable Packaging.

Main Purpose of Job

Support all the Markets Packaging Managers on the "Sustainable Packaging Journey" by having a detailed "Designed for Recycling", "Fit for Purpose Packaging", "Virgin Plastic Reduction" and "Simplex Packaging Inexus Savings" roll-out plan, follow-up action plans, data consolidation and reporting in Zone LATAM Power Bi tool.

Key Outputs:

- Provide the markets with a comprehensive set of the most up-to-date standards, THE RULES OF SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING, to facilitate the sustainable packaging transformation and achieve our commitment
- Hold monthly meetings with all the packaging managers of Z-LATAM, in order to manage the sustainability projects
- Create and coordinate a Sustainability Projects tool (Pillars 1, 2 and 3) for the Stakeholders, where they can follow their KPIs and be aligned with the Golden Rules. Update it in weekly bases on the data from Service Now, verify the changes and take necessary actions with the Stakeholders in order to have consistent information
- Create and coordinate I-Nexus Simplex Packaging Savings Tool, where Stakeholders can have visibility of the savings from sustainability projects. The subclassification must be carried out by CTAG Packaging Team in contact with the respective Stakeholders to understand what type of project it is, as well as how it relates to the Service Now projects, having a financial and sustainable vision
- Be in contact with the Center Packaging Sustainability Team, being the connection between them and the markets
- Have frequent meetings with Center Packaging Sustainability, aligning information and requirements of the markets, as well as discussing possible gaps
- Ensure that all packaging Not Designed for Recycling (Not D4R) is mapped and has consistent action plans, in order to meet Nestlé's global goal of having 100% packaging desing for recycling by 2025
- Analyze the products in the markets and verify if they are Fit for Purpose (FFPP) in packaging, using the minimum material possible, in order to reduce the impacts on the environment, in addition to providing best practices for the markets
- Manage Virgin Plastic Reduction projects (Reduce and rPlastic), generate a glidepath and project the consumption by 2025, in order to understand if market will meet the global goal of reducing 1/3 of virgin plastic, analyze the possible GAPs and create strategies to compensate the GAP
- Analyze the numbers in the Packaging Report Power BI and verify possible inconsistencies with the markets, so that we have quality data, coordinating an action plan for the correction of inconsistencies
- Manage and support Packaging Specialist in Z-LATAM in Service Now to report Sustainable Projects
- Create and coordinate a CTAG Website with Sustainability Report Training, with videos, materials, and tools
