Coordinar las operaciones de arranque del área de ensamble, prueba y retrabajo dentro de los procedimientos de manufactura previamente aprobados, manejándose dentro de las especificaciones de calidad requeridas con el propósito de lograr los requerimientos de producción con la eficiencia establecida.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinar las operaciones de arranque del área ensamble, prueba y retrabajo dentro de los procedimientos de manufactura previamente aprobados, manejándose dentro de las especificaciones de calidad requeridas con el propósito de lograr los requerimientos de producción con la eficiencia establecida.
- Formación y desarrollo de un equipo de trabajo para lograr metas y objetivos de calidad y productividad
- Coordinación de los recursos.
- Cumplimiento de plan de producción y entregas a tiempo.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento a las instrucciones de operaciones MOPS, QSTD, AMT, CHANGE OVER y documentación aplicable.
- Entrenar y asegurar la certificación del personal a cargo
- Mantener un área de trabajo cumpliendo con los principios y las auditorias de 5's de las áreas asignadas.
- Generación de reportes y presentación del cumplimiento de 5’s.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento al llenado de gráficos de control del proceso
- Mantener en buen estado la maquinaria y equipo asignado a su área
- Control y reducción de Scrap y PPM's
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento a fallas del proceso
- Control de inventario y preparación para los inventarios anuales.
- Conocer y cumplir con procedimientos del sistema de calidad ISO 9000 en que se involucra
- Cumplir en contestar las acciones correctivas y preventivas que se encuentren en su área de
- responsabilidad
- Cumplir política de seguridad, normatividad y procedimientos aplicables en la empresa y hacer que se cumplan.
- Reportar producción en sistema JDE en base diaria.
- Supervisión y ajustes de nómina de su personal en base semanal.
- Escalación de cortos de material y tiempos muertos por paros de equipos.
- Seguimiento al SCGI (Sistema de Control y Gestión Integral, tiempos muertos) y cierre de ordenes de trabajo.
- Seguimiento y cumplimiento en temas de capacitación

**Autoridad**:
Ejecutar paro de línea por defectos de calidad.

Apoyar y dirigir las operaciones de la línea para el cumplimiento de metas de producción

Elaboración de equipos de trabajo y convocatoria a juntas para solución de problemas.

Coordinar a las áreas de soporte nível técnico para la solución de problemas durante su turno.

**Requerimientos básicos**:

- Experiência en posición similar mínimo 2 años
- Habilidad para supervisar personal a cargo
- Dominio de paquetes computacionales Word y Excel
- Habilidad para comunicarse fácilmente
