Your role at Clorox:
The Manager, Marketing Indirect Procurement is the Procurement authority for Marketing (Media, Print, and Promotion), with ~$100M in spend responsibility. This roles drives category management of all spend in this area.

In this role, you will:
Drive Category Management and Procurement activities across Marketing (Media, Print, and Promotion (~$100M). Deliver KPIs for spend area. Thought leader in

Procurement activities across Sourcing organization, with passion for developing best-in-class sourcing team.

What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:

- 3-5 years business experience in any of the following: Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Business Development.
- 2 years of experience managing marketing/innovation projects, working with suppliers/vendors/external partners, developing contracts or negotiating agreements.

Skills and Abilities:

- Understanding of Marketing Procurement arena. Knowledge of Sales and Marketing contract terms.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to interface effectively across all levels of the organization, with ability to influence without explicit authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex business situations clearly and articulately.
- Planning and organization skills—Ability to establish work plans, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous projects.

Education Level/Degree:

- B.A. or B.S. Degree in related disciplines (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance), or equivalent experience.
