- Full cycle recruitment
- Works with management to execute development plans for high-potential employees
- Bridging the relationship between management and employees by dealing with demands, grievances and other issues
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention
- Report to management and offer decision support through HR metrics
- Maintain employees’ personal data as per local laws

**Qualifications**

**_**Must have current travel documents and ability to travel to U.S. for training periods**_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business related degree
- Bi-lingual - strong Spanish and English [written and spoken (conversational) is required
- 4+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Experience with recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Ability to perform well with mínimal management oversight
- Conflict management and resolution skills
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong business acumen
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Superior time management abilities and capable of meeting deadlines

Pay: From $50,093.00 per month
