**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Proveer de material a líneas de ensamble y/ó maquinado de acuerdo a la programación de producción, surtiendo al menos una orden adelante o revisando visualmente material faltante.
Reportar material dañado o no en condiciones para surtirse a producción.
Ayudar a mantener el material en óptimas condiciones en la línea de producción.
Asegurarse que al realizar el movimiento físico del material se encuentre en el estado correcto, esto incluye: número de parte apropiado, cantidad correcta, sin daños ni contaminación y que no esté revuelto.
Reemplazar empaque cuando se requiera incluyendo etiquetas de identificación
Reportar discrepancias de inventario encontradas durante la realización de sus responsabilidades.
Cumplir con la revisión diaria del equipo asignado para realizar su trabajo (Pistola RF, Racks y montacargas).
Seguimiento a Plan de Revisión/Auditorias de acuerdo a los Racks y montacargas asignado, reportar daños o reparaciones de acuerdo al procedimiento.
Transacciones en el sistema SAP a tiempo y correctas.
Cumplir con los requerimientos que apliquen de QS-9000 e ISO-14000 del departamento de materiales.
Asegurar de cumplir con el proceso FIFO, primeras entradas primeras salidas, surtir la revisión más antigua, para garantizar el flujo correcto del material.
De existir alguna anomalía o caso especial, informar inmediatamente al supervisor.
Uso adecuado y comunicación de correo electrónico según área asignada
Revisar y corregir negativos en el sistema de las áreas de trabajo asignadas.
Mantener el almacén limpio y bien organizado de acuerdo a 5S.
Cumplir con las reglas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa.
Cumplir con los Procedimientos establecidos por la Planta y el Departamento.
Participar en los Inventarios Físicos Anuales.
Participar en los Eventos Kaizen.
Apoyar las actividades de PSA y procedimientos con los miembros del equipo
El empleado tiene la autoridad de parar la línea de producción, cuando aperciba que el producto tiene una problema o defecto de calidad.
Realizar todas aquellas actividades que por la naturaleza del puesto sean requeridas
