Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience as planning demand and/or Capacity on a Supply Chain related field.
- End to end knowledge of the standard S&OP process.
- Experience with databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets and data visualization.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to justify the decisions and approaches with data.
- Be able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity.
- B2+ English and Spanish proficiency.

The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team is looking for a leader in the space of Supply Chain, Capacity Planning and Forecasting. The primary role of the Sr Program Manager (L6) is to address business challenges and create short-term demand and capacity plans with consistency of long term strategy working with multiple functions and teams. Additionally, the Sr PM will contribute to the Team´s automation of tasks and process improvements.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the forecasting and capacity planning process for the Mexico Network.
- Navigate through ambiguity, managing and coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the cross-functional processes and delivering on commitments.
- Provide Data analysis support by developing dashboards to facilitate business decisions among the Team.
- Work with cross-functional teams to share the entire network business status in a timely manner.
- Work closely with partner teams such as Retail business team, FBA business team, Fulfillment centers (FC), External Fulfillment (EF) and Amazon Logistics (AMZL).
- Business knowledge of SQL queries and data extraction using SQL
- Proficiency in VBA Macro, Python and R is a plus.
- Proficiency in Tableau
- E-commerce Supply Chain experience
